Blackburn Drainage and Construction, Inc was established in 1978 as Mountain Empire Septic Service by Scott Blackburn and is now in its 30th year of operation. The company evolved into Blackburn Drainage and Construction in 1984 and Incorporated in 2004
Blackburn Drainage specializes in the new installation and repair of
subsurface sewage disposal systems throughout San Diego County. With
over 30 years of experience we are qualified to handle any size job
from reconnecting damaged lines, or reconstructing septic tank tops, to
complete leach field design, installation, or repair.
